PayPal, one of the most popular and top level service which is very well know for sending and receiving money has announced the bad news for Windows Phone users(also for blackberry and Amazon OS users) .
PayPal is going to shutdown its Windows phone app on June 30. They are not going to provide any support for their app on Windows store and will remove it on June 30. However, Windows Phone users can still access PayPal through the mobile web experience on Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge browsers. While Outlook.com users can also use the PayPal add-in to send money directly from their inbox.

Company is now only going to provide support for their Android & IOS app.
PayPal writes in blog post,

It was a difficult decision to no longer support the PayPal app on these mobile platforms, but we believe it’s the right thing to ensure we are investing our resources in creating the very best experiences for our customers. We remain committed to partnering with mobile device providers, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers.

In short, another app is going to say “Good Bye” to Windows store. I think this types of news are nothing new for our Windows Phone users. BTW you can download the PayPal app from Windows phone store from below link.
