Great news for all N9 users. PR1.3 has been announced officially on Nokia discussion page. It seems to bring many quailty updates numbering over 1000. Mentioned are improvements in Mail, Facebook, Twitter and several network and connectivity improvements.
Going over to swipe.nokia.com shows following extra additions to PR1.2 improvements.
For now the probable changelog is what you can see in the above screenshot from swipe.nokia.com.
