Microsoft may be planning to introduce a native Windows 10 Caller Id cum Call + SMS Filter app or feature, named ID & Filter in a future Windows 10 Mobile Redstone build. The app / feature has been leaked in screenshots and you can see them above. The feature is currently under testing on an internal Redstone build.
ID & Filter will replace both currently available native Call+SMS Filter app and 3rd party Caller ID apps and can be set as the default app in both Caller Id and Filter app as can be seen in the above screenshots.
