Last we reported about Microsoft making Bing Rewards available in India though it is still in Beta and not as functional as Bing rewards in markets like US. You can read our earlier article here. But if you try to signup now by following this link you get a overbooked message. So, seems Microsoft got enough users for beta testing of its Bing Rewards program in India.
