Nokia has finally released “Cinemagraph” application for WP7.5 Lumia devices. It is now available to download for Lumia 900, 800, and 710 and will be arriving for the Nokia Lumia 610 and 510 in the coming weeks. Cinemagraph lets you bring pictures to life by animating a part of the picture, as shown in the below example.
